Get ready to hear some bragging on North Dakota athletes heading to the Winter Olympics. There’s only 24 days until some of the best athletes in the world converge on Vancouver. One such athlete, skater Mark Ludwig, qualified this weekend in pairs skating for the Winter Olympic Games along with partner Amanda Evora.
Mark was born in Fargo and trained at the Red River Valley Figure Skating Club. He’s been skating since the age of 5 and has the nickname “Fargo.” He and his wife, Janet, recently welcomed a son, Holden. Pair competition begins February 14th in Vancouver and we’ll be rooting for Evora-Ladwig!
