We get LOST with Sam Anderson

23 Feb

One of my family’s favorite TV shows is ABC’s Lost.  Admittedly, I am “lost” half the time I’m watching, but the mysterious story line keeps me intriqued.  There’s another reason I’m a fan of the show – and that’s because one of the actors, Sam Anderson who plays Bernard Nadler, is from my hometown of Wahpeton.

Anderson was recently profiled in the Wahpeton-Breckenridge Daily News.  He talks about his North (and South) Dakota roots, his collegiate acting/business background (he’s a graduate of the University of North Dakota) and staying humble in Hollywood.

Anderson last visited Wahpeton in 1995 for his 30-year class reunion.  Visitors today enjoy the Bois de Sioux Golf Course which spans two-states, the magnificent  Chahinkapa Zoo with a 1926 fully-restored carousel, and nearby historical attractions:  Fort Abercrombie State Historic Site and the Bagg Bonanza Farm.
